  • Rooftop Design

    The rooftop design of the Aero^® Crown enables a fast, easy start to cutting. The Aero^® Crown is open from the very start.

  • V-Slot in Base

    Aero^® Crowns have a v-slot in the base. This allows water and slurry to escape, speeding up the cutting process. This design also stops water pressure building up inside the crown.

  • V-Slot in top

    The v-slot increases speed in three ways: it reduces friction, allows better water coverage, and gives the crown more cutting edges.

  • Large Diamond

    As well as a very high quality bonding system, Aero^® Crowns contain large diamonds. These are particularly effective through steel, as it makes the Aero^® Crown very free cutting.

  • Full Impregnation

    Aero^® Crowns are diamond impregnated right to the base. This significantly increases the life, as the Aero^® Crown can be used to its full capacity.
